Adding TED Into Your Life
Let's face the facts sometime you hate your job; the lesson plans, the grading, co-workers, administration, parents, and even once in a while the kids... But then you have those days you remember why you fell in love with being a TEACHER! The best way I have found to deal with days like this other then having my own personal devotion with God is TED Talks for educators. TED Talks is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks.
In my 3rd year of teaching I found TED Talks and it has motivated me and taught me so many things as a teacher. Here is one of my favorite TED Talks given by Rita Pierson.
